From Tuesday, October 20 to Sunday, November 15, the Polo del ‘900 is hosting the exhibition “Ritratti di cinema. La sala, il lavoro, il pubblico” created to portray cinematographic communities and those who continue to live and promote the seventh art in Piedmont’s cinemas, conceived and curated by Alessandro Gaido, with photographs by Diego Dominici.

Fifty-four shots in different formats showing 27 working cinemas throughout the provinces of Piedmont, which need to be protected now more than ever.

The organization of the exhibition is curated by Associazione Piemonte Movie, in collaboration with: Polo del ‘900, Istituto di studi storici Gaetano Salvemini, Film Commission Torino Piemonte, Agis-Anec Piemonte e Valle d’Aosta and realized on the occasion of Torino Città del Cinema 2020.
